What's up, penguins!

Club Penguin has posted on some new stuff that's coming this month! The Penguin Play Awards are coming back! If you don't know what this is, it's where you get to vote on your favorite play(s) in various cateragories, like Best Costume and Best play. Here is a sneak peak;

Also, Club Penguin is going to release a new game! There's not much said besides that "...you'll need to be quick... and ready to come to the rescue..." What could this mean? Is the new game going to be a rescue game?

What's up, penguins!

While you're buying an orange puffle, check out the new newspaper! I'll give you the highlights in case you're feeling lazy to open the paper.

It looks like Rory is going to tell us about the new rooms in the cave! Will they be the same as weeks ago? Are they different? We'll see!

Formal fashions are coming to the catalog. And you know what that means...the Penguin Play Awards are coming back! I'll supply the cheats for you right here.

If you've read my post on the view of the Migrator, then you'll know that Rockhopper is coming! Be on the look out for him on March 5!

What's up, penguins!

It looks like Club Penguin has a secret to share about how they designed the puffles. Screenhog is their spokesperson. Here is what he has to say:

"Hi everyone, it's Screenhog!

It's the time of year when we honor the island's best pets - puffles. Way back when Club Penguin first launched, there weren't any puffles at all. But a lot of you asked to have some kind of pet to adopt and we decided to make up a completely new creature. That's how the puffle came to be. Actually, you guys even decided on the name "puffle"!

Last year we showed a couple of the original sketches back from November 2005 when artists first started sketching what a penguin's pet might look like - we wanted to show some of those again (in case you missed them) plus a few more that have never been seen before.

What do you think?

Hey, if you had the chance to design a make-believe pet, what would it be like?

That's cool! Those other designs for the puffles are kind of creepy. Are you glad that the puffle is the way it is now? Or do you like the other designs?

What's New Blog: Puffle Party!

What's up, penguins!

Club Penguin just wanted us to know that the Puffle Party is going to last just a few more days. That's a short party when you think about it. Only a week? Really? However, this Thursday, there will be a surprise in the Pet Shop.

The orange puffle is coming! Sweet! I'm not sure if I'm going to buy him, but if I do, I'll get pics to show you what he's like!

Language Select Button has Moved!

Remember that button on the Club Penguin homescreen and how it almost always got in the way when you are trying to log on? Well, Club Penguin has changed it so that you have to click on the button to select your language! Check it out:

Puffle Party 2010 Cheats!

Here are the cheats to the 2nd Annual Puffle Party! Be sure to get the free items.

You can find this puffle hat in the Plaza. Anyone can get this item.

Next, if you're a member, go the Ski Village to access the Puffle Show.

Here is the member's only room! This is awesome addition to last year's party.

Here is the white puffle's room! They have cool skating skills.

So, there you have it! Everything else is pretty much the same. However, the music sounded a bit different for some reason, more like it was a little "sick" sounding. Is that for everyone or just me? Comment your thoughts!

There's not much new stuff in this issue of The Club Penguin Times. Mostly, it's repeats of things we already know, but here is the new news for you guys:

If you'd like another change to your igloo music, make sure you check out the new tunes in a week! I'll provide the new songs for you right here!

The orange puffle is now official! See how they showed Box Dimension? I guess they want everyone to check out this puffle in that room. So if you haven't yet, the puffle appears every 30 minutes. 5:00, 5:30, 6:00, etc.

That's pretty much it. Have fun at the Puffle Party!

Club Penguin posted an update about the new puffle party! They've got a couple of sneak peaks for us. Check them out:

This going to be the white puffle's room, located in the mine. Cool!

Club Penguin also has a "Member's Only" room planned for this party as well. It looks like an obstacle course for the puffles. Puffles do have surprising athletic abilities, so it's going to be fun to watch them bound around the course. Are you excited for the Puffle Party?

Orange Puffle spotted in Club Penguin!

Now we know FOR SURE that the orange puffle is coming sometime after the Puffle Party. Here is the pic of the orange puffle in Box Dimension:

Club Penguin released the new puffle furniture a day early! Sweet! Check out the new stuff:

Wow. Only two new things. :-/ Hmmmm... I thought there would be more.

I said I would show you the new furniture in action. True to my word, here is the puffle washer in action!

Oh wow, this is funny! The last picture made me laugh out loud.

Okay, Club Penguin also put boxes of various colors out on the island. Here are a few of them:

New Play: Secrets of the Bamboo Forest

Wow! Club Penguin released the new cheats a day early! Sweet! Check out the new play cheats right here:

Just so you know, the whole play in general has an Asian feel to it, which is very cool.

Click on the golden feather to get the message! Basically, it tells you where to go to get the feather. It's at the Lighthouse Beacon!

Be sure to get the new background while you're at it.

Here is the new pin!

Now, is that the only new pin? I don't thing so because play pins are usually seprate. I'll look into this later.

Now, go back to the stage because there is another background to get! Go across the first bridge and step on this stone square:

Next, go across the second bridge and get the background that is perched on the pedstal:

Now, go over there to get your free Phoenix Queen's Background!

New Newspaper: Feb. 11, 2010

What's up, penguins!

As expected, Club Penguin updated the newspaper today. All the new stuff is basically repeats, but here it is again if you don't already know:

Make sure you get the new puffle furniture! It all starts tomorrow with all new puffle actions! I may buy some stuff so I can show you, so check back tomorrow.

Also, tomorrow marks the debut for the new play: Secrets of the Bamboo Forest. Looks cool! I have a feeling it's going to be like the Norman Swarm play, but we'll see.

Now, here we have next week's events. Be sure to get you brand new igloo furniture! I hope there is some cool new stuff for my igloo!

Next Friday is also the date of the second anual Puffle Party! Woo hoo! I looks like it's going to be a big hit once again. Which puffle color is your favorite?

Be sure to check my pin tracker for the new pin tomorrow! It's probably going to be related to puffles in some way because of the party that is coming.

In addition to the new Penguin Style catalog, there is an awesome update for the non-members. Club Penguin is now allowing the flags to be bought by members and non-members!

This is awesome for the non-members. I used to be one, so I'm happy for you guys! I'm not sure why it wasn't always like this though.

New Clothing Catalog: Februray 2010

What's up, penguins!

Today, Club Penguin updated the clothing catalog in the Gift Shop! Let's check out the new cheats:

On the first two pages of the new clothes, there are three cheats. Just click where the red circle is to find the secret item!

So, that's pretty much it on the new clothes.

Club Penguin did update the Penguins At Work segmit in the catalog. It's a Pet Shop feeder apron! That's cool for all the puffle lovers. I bought one last year. Club Penguin sure does know how to get ready for the Puffle Party!

Be sure to get the new backrounds as well! The only one that's really brand new is the top left.

Club penguin also updated the flags! They added one for Haiti. Way cool! I'm going to buy it.

So, there you have it! Not much going on today, but you do get to do some shopping if you wanted to! If you loook at the penguin with the Surf Knot hairstyle, he is opening his mouth very weirdly. I wonder who came up with THAT idea. So weird. What do you like the best about this catalog?

New Newspaper: Feb. 4, 2010

What's up, penguins!

Today, Club Penguin released the newest newspaper! There seems to be lots of great stuff in there. Let's check out the highlights:

First off: We knew it was going to come back again, but now we know for sure. It's the Puffle Party! If you remember from last year, there's a room that is decked out for each color puffle. You can take your puffle into the designated room and have fun! Since there is the new white puffle, they'll have to make a room for him. What do you think it'll be like?

Club Penguin got the logo for the new play, Secrets of the Bamboo Forest, figured out. That is pretty cool! I hope it'll be life-size again like the Norman Swarm production. I wonder what the costumes will be like.

Just so you know, there will be a new Igloo Furniture catalog. Wow, already? It seems like they just released one. That's awesome that there will be blue furniture! I hope it's not generic furniture like the green and red collections.

Also, make sure you get the latest puffle furniture! These catalogs are released in lengthy time periods, so get what you want in the latest catalog before it's gone!

What's up penguins!

Since we saw that sneak peak for the new Puffle Party, we knew there was going to be more news. So, here's Happy77 and her interview to find out more:

"Do we need to be puffle owners to be part of this party?"

"You don't have to own a puffle, but hopefully you enjoy being around them! Of course, we do encourage puffle owners to bring their puffles to the party... there may be activities for the little creatures..."

"Is there anything we should do to prepare for this event?"
"Practice your snowball tossing skills! Also, if you own a puffle, make sure to take good care of it."

"Can we expect any surprises?"
"Every time we plan a party we try to add a few new things and this party's no exception. But if
we told you more than that, it wouldn't be a surprise... "

So it looks like Club Penguin will be adding new stuff from last year's party. Will there be activities just for the puffles? That would be cool. My green puffle, Pickles, is really energetic and wants to do some new things. I can't wait! What are you all most excited for?
